Larson Building's new office in downtown Buffalo, MN sits within viewing distance of the lake. This was a bold adaptive reuse of an existing Wells Fargo Bank. The tall windows provide generous daylighting to its open office layout and a hospitable greeting to clients and guests that visit. In addition to the open office and hospitality area, the remodel provided a work room/ kitchenette and a conference room. Thanks to the over structuring provided by the original building, potential for a second level built across the entire truss system exists for future growth.

Future Expansion Concept
This addition to Moon Motorsports greatly increased its showroom and warehouse capacity, to support its growing list of brands. While boosting its presence on Interstate 94, the addition also took advantage of the existing views to surrounding green space. These framed views help draw customers through the existing showroom into the new spaces and provide a dynamic backdrop to merchandise.

The existing youth space began as a temporary repurposing of a garage outbuilding due to an expanding youth group and a lack of dedicated space in the main church building. This addition and remodel will bring that "shed" up to code with proper exiting, restrooms & ventilation, as well as providing a kitchenette/cafe area and large assembly space. Most importantly it will establish this building as an inviting and meaningful place for the community's youth. By doubling the existing square footage, it will also allow for continued growth of the youth group. Long range planning provided future possibilities of connecting this space to future programming as well as the existing church building.
